Items shipped without return authorization and/or returned past the 60 day return time frame will not be credited or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Drop boxes, mail slots, safes and other non locking mailbox items are subject to a 25% to 30% restocking fee. See below for details. Original shipping cost is non refundable.
The Locking Security Mailbox Store offers a flat rate of $9.95 per mailbox for ground shipping of items under $100 in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska and Hawaii cost more because we ship UPS, and they charge more for service to these two states. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please go ahead and place the order and we will contact you with the shipping cost. Or you can call or email and we will get you a quote.
Average delivery time for locking mailboxes is five to six business days to arrive to your home. Personalized items (such as a mailbox with an address printed on it) are not manufactured until after you place an order, so the delivery time is between two and four weeks.
Return Policy We have a 60 day money back guarantee for non-custom build items. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us by email BEFORE you send it back. This is so we can make sure you are shipping it back to the correct address and to track your return. For personalized items, there is a 70 percent restocking fee for returns, since they cannot be resold. All custom manufactured (custom built) items are not returnable since they have been built specifically for your needs. Any order cancellation of custom manufactured items must be made within 24 hours. Please keep all original packing for all returns.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at the Locking Security Mailbox Store will be safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, the Locking Security Mailbox Store will pay the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. The Locking Security Mailbox Store will pay this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the Locking Security Mailbox Store while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. When you make a purchase online with the Locking Security Mailbox Store, the transaction is encrypted and secure.
