This Locking Payment Drop Box works as a payment drop box, key drop box or most any other item you need to have securely dropped into a locked box. The overall size is 10" W x 15" H x 4-1/4" D. The locking door opening is 7-1/8" W x 6-1/4" H. This drop box works great as a key drop box.

The opening for items to be dropped is 7-3/8" W x 1-3/8" H with a 7/8" drop clearance which means if items are thicker than 7/8" this is not the best drop box for you. The opening is wide enough for standard small set of keys to easily be dropped in. A metal baffle helps keep someone from fishing out items inside.

The Tubular lock set includes two keys. A tubular lock is much more difficult to pick then a standard key, and is typically seen on vending machines where security is greatly needed. The lock is reinforced by a double steel door which is 1/8" thick and the anti pry steel around the lock helps prevent someone from prying open the door (see inset image above).

Mounting is easy with the four pre-drilled holes on the back. This drop box includes the hardware to mount in either concrete or wood. Weighing in at 15 lbs you can be sure your drop box is secure for dropping cash, checks, keys, mail, small envelopes, etc. Large envelopes #10 or larger will not fit in the drop slot. Small number 4 envelopes will work.
